With the new 4G network, prepaid and postpaid customers will enjoy affordable pricing packages. You'll have a range of payment options to fit different budgets and needs.

To activate your Prepaid data/ Prepaid Blackberry services, please follow the steps below.

  1. Choose a plan
  2. Create a text message/SMS and include as the recipient short code "5000" (do not include 242 or any other number before or after the "5000")
  3. In the body of the text message, enter the SMS Command for the package you are selecting. For example, enter "Data 7D" or "Data 30D" or "BB 7D" for Blackberry. (please ensure that you place a space in between "Data" and "7D" or "30D" or between "BB" and "7D" for example)
  4. Press send.
  5. You will receive a message that reads "You requested BTC 4G Data or Blackberry service. Send "A" to confirm. Upon confirmation, the subscription charge will be deducted from your account".
  6. Send "A" to confirm that you would like to add the service.
  7. When your service is activated you will receive a message that states that your service was successfully activated. The message will also provide the expiration date for your package.
  8. To enjoy 4G Data speeds, ensure that your device wireless settings are configured to the WCDMA/GSM auto network mode.
  9. Open your web browser and go to your favorite website.
  10. Begin "blazing it up"!
